Just wanted to let  y'all know that Axolotl with a Gun has gotten a little post-release love! If you'd like to get the updated .pdf here, you can download the new version. 

I made a couple of small changes to the zine. One that I missed in editing was the the Gunsword should empty its crit meter whenever you crit, so I've corrected that (Instead of at the end of each beat). Doopsie. Some folks messaged me about some absolutely comical crits they were hitting in early scenes, and while it's funny to roll 20 successes out of the gate, I want to make sure all the other guns get a chance to shine too! That change is reflected in the text. If you want to keep playing with the wildly OP gunsword, this ain't a video game and I can't stop you, but your GM might just have to throw some equally powerful baddies after you :3

I also modified the GM tips recommended difficulties to be higher. A few people mentioned that their aquatic murderhobos were completing objectives quickly and without taking any damage. GMs, feel free to bump up attack numbers for threats and objective difficulties if you want to challenge your lead-spitting apex predators a little more.
